Ratio Construction was established in Denpasar on October 02nd, 2007 based on the notarial act No. 05 from I Made Widiada SH, Notary, the deed of amendment on June 17th, 2014 No. 71 and on November 21st, 2017 No. 45. it’s core business is providing Quantity Surveyor Consultant Services, Engineering, Construction Management Consultant.

To improve the national service and opportunity for the long term, on November 15th, 2016 based on Notarial Deed No. 44 from I Made Widiada SH, Notary was established the company PT. Ratio Construction Management and it’s, core business is providing Project Management, Construction Management and Construction Supervision.

Ratio Construction activities are supported by highly competent key personnel, of high integrity, and having many years of experience in different business backgrounds, i.e as a quantity surveyor, architect, civil & mep engineering, project management and Construction management consultant. The experience within the last seven years of our key personnel in handling of some project is our guarantee to customers to handle your project/ investment plan.

Our Founder

Ir. Ni Rai Aryawati, ST., MPM, IPM

A tough woman in the world of construction, or also known by the name Rai Aryawati. Originally from Bali, she is the founder of Ratio Construction Management. Starting a construction business since 2008, Ibu Rai has gone through a lot in the world of construction. With more than 17 years of experience, Ratio Construction under her leadership has succeeded in providing Quantity Surveyor, Project Management, Construction Management, Supervisor and Engineering services.

Ir. Ni Rai Aryawati, ST., MPM, IPM projects her morale to the Ratio team with the principle of providing honest, transparent and quality work. Discipline is also a work ethic that is highly maintained by Ibu Rai which is passed on to the Ratio team. Believing in the power of a team and remaining humble in sharing her knowledge, Ibu Rai has always had the principle of sharing and helping others.
