Quantity Surveyor is a profession expertising in quantity calculations, cost analysis and cost control in the assessment of construction work and will act as construction cost consultant to the Project Owner. Quantity surveyor services are four major points to elaborate in a Project :

1. Pre Tender Stage
   In delivering Post Completion stage, the QS team prepare summary of all progress of works, evaluate all variations and prepare final account, prepare claim for retention money as stated in the contract.
2. Tender Stage
   In delivering tender stage, the QS prepare the tender document, arrange tender, tender report and preparing the contract document to signing.
3. Post Contract Stage
   In delivering Post Contract stage, the QS team takes charge of the contract administration i.e updating of the construction budget, processing the cost incurred by works of addition and omission, prepare progress of works and propose a claim for Payment Certificate including all agreed variations.
4. Post Completion Stage
   In delivering Post Completion stage, the QS team prepare summary of all progress of works, evaluate all variations and prepare final account, prepare claim for retention money as stated in the contract.
